Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Learn Farmers product knowledge to educate clients on auto, home, and life options.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with standards.
• Identify coverage opportunities based on client needs.
• Support clients through the claims process with documentation.
• Work toward personal performance goals with coaching.
