Qualifications

• Active Illinois P&C license preferred; L&H a plus; unlicensed candidates may be considered.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is highly desirable.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable meeting sales targets.
• Proficient with basic computer software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect for clients via networking, calls, events, and provided leads.
• Quote & Close: Assess client needs, present Farmers options, and close sales.
• Cross-Selling: Expand coverage across auto, home, life, and commercial lines.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships for retention and referrals.
• Policy Reviews: Conduct annual or semi-annual reviews to update coverage.
• Inquiry Resolution: Address billing questions and policy changes professionally.
• Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate CRM records per guidelines.
• Underwriting Alignment: Ensure policies comply with underwriting rules and state regulations.
