The Scott Carpinelli Agency in Arlington Heights is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to advise clients on Farmers Insurance products (auto, home, life, and business) and drive new business.

You will network in the Chicagoland area, build relationships with clients, perform policy reviews, and provide exceptional service while meeting licensing and compliance requirements.

Formación

• Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred; Life & Health license a strong plus (unlicensed candidates considered).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance industry is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, target-focused with a proven track record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business: prospect through networking, cold calls, events, and provided leads.
• Quote and close: assess client needs, present Farmers Insurance options, close sales.
• Cross-sell existing clients to ensure comprehensive coverage across auto, home, life, and commercial lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders to support retention and referrals.
• Conduct policy reviews and handle inquiries, changes, and the early stages of claims process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure underwriting guidelines compliance.
