The Scott Carpinelli Farmers Insurance Agency in Arlington Heights is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to grow our local book of business. You will advise clients on auto, home, life, and business coverage, quote options, and close sales while delivering exceptional service to community members.

This role offers Mon-Fri schedule, hands-on training, and clear opportunities for career growth as you build relationships with policyholders and cross-sell to meet their changing

Qualificações

• Active Illinois P&C license preferred; L&H a strong plus.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn quoting and CRM software.
• Familiarity with Arlington Heights and Northwest Suburbs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business via networking, cold calling, events, and agency-provided leads.
• Consult with clients, assess needs, present Farmers options, and close sales.
• Cross-sell and upsell to ensure comprehensive auto, home, life, and commercial coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders to improve retention and referrals.
• Perform policy reviews and assist with billing inquiries, changes, and claims processes.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency CRM and ensure underwriting compliance.
