Kyle Campbell Agency in Lansing, MI is seeking an Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team. You will connect with prospective clients, identify coverage needs, and quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products while building long-term client relationships.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide training, coaching, and support to help you learn the industry and grow toward leadership opportunities within Farmers Insurance.

• Holds an insurance license or is willing to obtain the required licensing
• Bilingual skills are a plus
