Qualifications

• We require a college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Must have experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach team members to deliver high-quality customer care consistently.
• Oversee sales operations to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Address escalated customer service issues and inquiries.
• Drive Store Operational Excellence (SOE) across functions.
