Acceptance Insurance is hiring for a Licensed Insurance Sales Store Manager in Gainesville, FL. The role drives sales, mentors staff, and ensures customer service excellence on-site. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

You will manage daily sales targets, foster relationships with current customers, and lead the team to meet growth goals while upholding regulatory and ethical standards. Training and promotion opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
