• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the agency's systems.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and regulations.
