Qualifications

• Sales experience or client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening (Spanish speaking is a plus)
• Intrinsically driven to be successful

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Communicating with our hot leads
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Understand prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Achieve high sales targets
