Role Description

The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boardman, OH. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance and financial products such as auto, home, renters, life, and specialty vehicle coverage. Daily activities include generating and following up on leads, preparing and presenting quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records in agency systems. The specialist will provide ongoing customer service, assist with policy changes and renewals, and support out-of-state transfers to Ohio. Collaboration with the agent and team on local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
