Responsibilities

• Sell insurance and provide courteous service to customers.
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify customer needs regarding policies.
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• Handle FNOL vehicle inspections.
• Take vehicle pictures as required.
• Make bank deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.
