Janefreilich is seeking a motivated Account Representative to join the State Farm Agent Team. This role involves establishing customer relationships, providing accurate service, and marketing products tailored to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-task. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits including paid time off and growth opportunities.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
