Job summary

Krystal Smith State Farm is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Texas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain insurance products clearly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand insurance needs.
• Educate customers on products, coverage options, discounts, and services.
• Provide quotes and make coverage recommendations.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to protect customers and families.
• Follow up with leads to generate new business.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, billing questions, and other account needs.
• Support customers through the claims process with information and questions.
• Review accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM.
