DMB Insurance Agency is expanding in Texas and seeks driven sales professionals and leaders to build a high-income business with proven support and a strong network behind them.

Earn between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00+ per year with same-day commissions, funded leads, and full licensing guidance from day one. Remote work options, paid training, and benefits are available to qualified candidates.

Formación

• 1+ years of proven sales, customer service, or management experience.
• Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Licensing: Active Texas Life Insurance License OR willingness to obtain the Texas Limited Life License (guidance provided).
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Location: Must reside in Texas.
