Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join a Farmers Insurance Agency. You will generate new business, build client relationships, and offer Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty policies.

Training, mentorship, and advancement are provided in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. The role offers a competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives, with a focus on long-term career growth in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone communication.
• Proficient in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
