Farmers Insurance – Scottsdale - Greater Phoenix is seeking driven sales professionals for an enhanced Agent Development Program that can lead to owning your own agency. This full-time, paid mentorship provides hands-on training alongside a top-performing agency owner, with licensing assistance and a clear path to ownership.

You will gain experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, agency operations, and leadership, while building a book of business and potential long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead sources.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions; build relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and local business owners.
• Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals.
• Continuously develop industry and product knowledge.
