Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Business-to-Business Sales: Work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, managers, and employees in your designated territory, offering top-tier supplemental insurance products that provide financial security and peace of mind.
  • Set and Achieve Goals: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Overcome Objections: Use your problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and close sales.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and provide exceptional service throughout.

Qualifications

  • Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain onewe will assist with licensing fees).
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Job Details

  • Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
