The Colburn Farmers Insurance Agency in Keller, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our insurance agency is located in Keller, TX, and we provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. We have full‑time opportunities available.

Qualifications

Sales experience or a client‑facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is required
Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required
In addition to the P&C an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
