Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships within the community.
• Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients through telemarketing, social media, and community outreach.
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes.

Requirements

Ideal Skills:

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly.
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques, including telemarketing and digital outreach strategies.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Must pass credit and background check
• Cannot have conflicting outside appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000 - $10,000 per month (base + commission)
