• Recommending suitable insurance policies based on clients' needs and budgets.
• Preparing quotations and helping clients complete insurance application forms.
• Processing policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.
• Assisting clients with filing insurance claims and providing support throughout the claims process.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and staying informed about new insurance products and industry regulations.
