• Support clients by helping resolve issues using carrier resources.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Participate in daily team huddles and agency training.
• Maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
