You will work with an experienced sales and service team that serves the diverse communities of Sterling Heights and the surrounding area in multiple languages, including Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, Kurdish, and French. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with customers, provide insurance solutions that fit their needs, and guide them through the entire sales process from quote to policy issuance. This role offers a clear path into leadership positions such as Team Leader, Financial Services Support, or Manager based on your skills and performance.

• Expected First-Year earnings between within $50,000 - $70,000
• $500 monthly production bonus for highest sales that month, $2500 flight voucher for highest sales in a year
