Robert Hoery Farmers Insurance in Centennial, CO is adding a Sales Producer—full-time with a $50,000 base and uncapped commissions. You’ll prospect for new clients, run needs-based conversations, and close auto and home policies, with structured support to build a real book.

Active Colorado P&C license preferred; if not licensed, we will support you through the process. Training, PTO, and a Mon-Fri schedule accompany opportunities for growth as you meet individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective clients to identify coverage needs.
• Explain auto, home, and other lines clearly and professionally.
