Job summary

Confie, together with its family of companies including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others, is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Las Vegas to grow our nonstandard auto insurance business.

You will leverage high inbound leads, no cold calling, extensive training, and an uncapped commission structure with incentives, 401(k) matching, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and more. This role offers growth within a nationwide network and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve sales production goals.
• Build relationships and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the insurance products that best fit their needs.
