Confie—and its family of companies—seeks motivated Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, aiming to exceed sales production goals while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation.
• Connect quickly; educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
