As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will help individuals protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions for home, auto, life, and financial protection needs, with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C preferred, but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
• Strong integrity and a solid work ethic—must provide references.
• Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field).
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and generate new business.
• Develop quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales.
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage.
• Educate clients on how our insurance products protect their assets and loved ones.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term relationships.
