Confie, a leading insurance broker family, is hiring for an Insurance Agent role. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, pursue new business, and maintain current levels to reach sales goals.

You will also build client relationships, manage deposits, and advise customers on suitable products. The position offers a base pay with uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities
