Confie, a leading U.S. insurance broker, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Franklin Park, IL to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

You will handle inbound leads and walk-ins, drive growth, and participate in a comprehensive training and licensing program. The role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, a supportive mentorship culture, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (EN/ES).
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products to fit their needs.
