Confie and its family of companies is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a focus on expanding relationships and meeting production goals at our Macon, GA location. The role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions and monthly incentives, with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; license preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with scanned docs.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
