The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting production goals, and offering guidance on suitable insurance products. A license is preferred, bilingual ability is a plus, and strong communication is essential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
