Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred.
• Licensed in Texas or willing to obtain license; training provided.
• IN-OFFICE position requiring in-person presence and daily marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and eligibility for coverage.
• Develop clientele through networking and local marketing strategies.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting for policy completion.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
