The Grumley Agency in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a positive, supportive environment. You’ll help local families and businesses choose coverage that protects their futures, while growing the agency through service conversations and proactive outreach.

You’ll work directly with the agency owner, receive ongoing coaching, and enjoy a schedule that supports work-life balance with a Monday–Friday routine and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Wisconsin.
• Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Clear and articulate communication, both on the phone and in person.
• Proficiency with standard office software and agency management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local families and businesses to assess insurance needs.
• Develop customized coverage plans for peace of mind and protection.
• Manage inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients in the Wauwatosa area.
• Explain policy details in plain language so clients can decide confidently.
• Regularly review accounts to ensure coverage keeps pace with changing life circumstances.
• Foster a welcoming office environment where visitors feel valued and heard.
