Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and licensing support provided.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Valid and current insurance license in TX is highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing and client visits.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills; ability to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, renewals and payments.
• Inspect vehicles and determine insurance risk suitability.
• Develop clientele through networking and local marketing.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting.
• Support daily office tasks and overall franchise upkeep.
