Qualifications

• Strong sales mentality and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Experience in customer service or insurance sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments and renewals.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurability risk.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting.
• Perform daily housekeeping and administrative tasks.
