Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our in-office team in Texas. The role focuses on helping customers with new policies, renewals, and payments, while building a client base through marketing and networking.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales mentality, is capable of independent work, and may hold a Texas Property & Casualty license. Training and licensing assistance are provided, with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Texas license in Property & Casualty or license-eligibility preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and insurance eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily office duties and marketing activities.
