Job summary

Deborah York Farmers Insurance in Parkville, Missouri seeks a confident, motivated Sales Representative to connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, present insurance solutions, and close sales. The role includes training, career growth, and mentorship.

Base salary plus commission ranges from 40,000 to 60,000 USD annually. You will build relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other referral sources while meeting production

Qualifications

• Possess upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Property & Casualty license required
• Prior sales experience welcome but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources.
