Allstate Insurance Agency – Shane Lashgari in San Diego is seeking an Insurance Sales Profesional to grow the local agency by engaging new prospects and building relationships through trusted advice.

You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer understanding of plan value and cultivate long-term relationships with clients. A license may be pursued after hire, and promotion potential exists as the agency grows.

Formación

• Interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses to sell insurance.
• Confident, motivated individual with good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads from a variety of sources.
