Farmers Insurance – The Al Shalash Agency in Joliet, IL is seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will follow up with provided leads, build relationships with clients, and recommend insurance solutions to meet customer needs.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Licensing assistance for Illinois P&C and Life & Health is included, with a Mon‑Fri schedule and growth

Qualifications

• Driven, coachable, competitive, and enjoys working with people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer‑facing roles is a plus.
