Job summary

Farmers Insurance – The Al Shalash Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Joliet, IL. You’ll work with provided leads, receive paid pre-licensing and hands-on training, and earn base salary plus commission as you build a client base.

We offer a structured path with coaching, PTO, and ongoing support. A successful candidate is coachable, customer-focused, and goal-driven, with interest in obtaining Illinois P&C and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Illinois P&C license required before starting; pre-licensing paid for.
• Life & Health license required within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with provided leads and generate new business.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Close sales and meet individual sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
