The David Williams Farmers Insurance Agency in Moline, IL is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We provide auto, home, business, and life coverage with virtually unlimited leads and support to set appointments.

Qualifications

• Current Property/Casualty Insurance License (or we help you get licensed and cover the cost)
• Current Life & Health License within 90 days (reimbursed by company)
• Sales experience or client-facing background preferred
• Positive, energetic and professional demeanor
• Proven track record of winning
• intrinsically driven to be successful
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• Typing: at least 30 wpm
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
