A-MAX Insurance in Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent for an IN-OFFICE position. You will assist customers with insurance needs, process payments, renew policies, and help grow our client base through local marketing.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal/people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; quick learner of company software.
• Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to decide if it is an acceptable risk.
• Seek new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
• Develop marketing strategies with the office manager to attract customers.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals; contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
