Join A-MAX Insurance in Corpus Christi, TX for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent role. We’re seeking motivated individuals with a sales mindset to help customers choose policies, handle payments, renewals, and questions.

You will build a client base, collaborate with the office manager on marketing, and enjoy extensive training, licensing assistance, and a compensation package featuring hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Bilingual candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or insurance sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Texas property & casualty license preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in-office.
• Must learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Generate leads and market to attract new customers with office manager collaboration.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping tasks.
