Job summary

Dan Knoll – State Farm Agent in Puyallup, WA is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help clients select the right insurance solutions. The role offers base pay of $25–$50 per hour plus sales bonuses, PTO, licensing reimbursement, and professional development opportunities. In-person work at our Puyallup office is required.

Active Washington P&C license is required; Life & Health license is preferred and can be obtained if needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Property & Casualty license.
• Dependability and genuine interest in helping people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in person at the Puyallup office.
• Sales experience preferred, including insurance sales and related roles; track record a plus.
• Life & Health license preferred; willing to obtain if required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with interested customers.
