Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business in multi-line insurance, quotes and binds policies.
• Provide service to customers with strong communication across multiple platforms; resolve conflicts; learn new programs quickly.
• Support agent and service center staff as needed.
• Decide applicant insurability and placement using binding and processing applications.
• Ensure effective operation of the service center including reports and mail distribution.
