Farmers Insurance in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an aspiring Insurance Agent Apprentice to gain hands-on training and mentorship within a recognized agency network. This trainee program aims to strengthen sales skills, expand industry knowledge, and build a foundation for future leadership opportunities.

You’ll learn to generate quotes, sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella coverages, and develop relationships with customers while working a Monday–Friday schedule in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes and recommend coverage solutions.
