Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in Utah.
• Strong ties to the Richfield area or a genuine desire to serve our local community.
• Clean background check and valid driver's license.
• Consistent track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage your own daily schedule.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local families and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our book of business across Sevier County.
• Provide clear, honest guidance on various insurance products and financial services.
• Review existing policies with clients to ensure their coverage matches their current life stage.
• Participate in local community events and networking groups to build a visible, trusted presence.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients in a timely, helpful, and respectful manner.
