Texas Farm Bureau Insurance in Baylor County is seeking Insurance Agents to join our team. The primary responsibility of this sales role is generating new clients for our insurance products while serving an existing client base.

You would build relationships, present policy options, and guide clients to the right coverage. We offer unlimited income potential, a team-focused culture, ongoing training, and schedule flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Goal and action oriented, with ability and desire to work towards activity and sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage one‑on‑one as well as an audience.
• Persistence, drive and ability to work proactively.
• Team player and team spirited.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing and lead generation.
• Qualification of prospective leads.
• Initial prospect contact.
• Building client files.
• Creating insurance sales presentations and proposals.
• Identifying cross sell opportunities.
• Successfully executing a pre-determined number of insurance sales calls.
• Completing full fact-finding interviews on perspective and existing clients.
• Shadowing and participating in calls, visits, and presentations.
• Successfully signing new clients and products to obtain quotas.
