Qualifications

• Insurance license: Willing to obtain Property, Casualty (license support available)
• Insurance license: Willing to obtain Life and Health licenses (license support available)
• Sales and Customer Service experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to continuously learn about new products and services
• Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport
• Experience in retail sales or similar environments advantageous
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decisions
• Excellent negotiation skills with proactive problem-solving
