This role offers a base hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities, licensing support for unlicensed candidates, and opportunities for advancement in a nationally recognized insurance brand.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license is preferred, but unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply.
• Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop your insurance and sales skills.
