Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Client-driven mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.

Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to potential clients and tailor insurance options to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through follow-up and responsive service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients, expanding their coverage.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide best options.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and regulatory compliance.
